Our goal is to lead our region with specialized courses

Our primary educational model is the Bio-Design method. In collaboration with our Academia Unit, we teach our staff to thoroughly explore challenges before generating ideas. We believe this model is exceptionally well-suited for medical organizations. By offering these regional courses, we aim to cultivate a growing number of entrepreneurs from all sectors, driving forward healthcare innovation with us

Venture Building

Our goal is to be a leading regional center for venture building

Our model is based on four key pillars: Intellectual Property (IP): Securing written patents for each venture. Proof of Concept (POC): Developing initial prototypes to focus on early-stage user needs. Regulatory Strategy: Establishing a strategy to effectively target the right market. Business Model: Crafting business models with the help of independent professionals. With these pillars in place, we conduct roadshows to commercialize our ventures.

We specialize in R&D for Bio-Tech, Med-Tech, and Digital Health, offering industry partners diverse collaboration opportunities through various business models. These include service models, collaboration models, and mutual IP and R&D partnerships.

Our goal is to collaborate with new ventures and companies in the Rehabilition field

Our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center positions us as leaders in Digital Rehabilitation Pathways, encouraging advanced research, development, and scalable technology use. We seek partnerships with companies and researchers dedicated to enhancing technology for clinicians and patients in the Rehabilitation arena. Our focus is on continuum care, smoothly integrating technology within medical centers and at home to improve patient outcomes and streamline care processes.

Yael’s international experience drives her to seek and integrate the latest advancements at the Helmsley Rehabilitation Center.

Her goal is to leverage these innovations to significantly improve patient care and rehabilitation outcomes

Ziv Ronen

Head of Innovation

Known for his original thinking and entrepreneurial mindset, Ziv, combines strategic vision with a strong commitment to effective execution.

His ability to drive innovation makes him a key figure in the creation and implementation of transformative processes.

Ziv, holds a BE in Biomedical Engineering (TAU) and Executive MBA in Healthcare innovation (IDC)

Meir Kenigsztein

Head of Internal Innovation

Known for his extensive expertise in MedTech innovation and product development, Meir combines technical knowledge with strategic business insight.
His record of successful R&D leadership and entrepreneurship, particularly in developing breakthrough medical devices, has established him as a distinguished figure in the healthcare technology sector.
Meir holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering (BGU) and Executive MBA in Healthcare Innovation (IDC)
